The Convention fee includes:

REGISTRATION ONLINE, BY POST OR FAX

It is possible to register online via online registration form. On submission of the registration an automatic confirmation is sent.

Alternatively, it is also possible to register by completing the "Registration Form" provided in this booklet. The completed registration form(s) should be sent to Convention Secretariat, by post or by fax.

Additional copies of the registration form can be downloaded and printed from the web site or taken as photocopies from the form in this brochure.

In case of two Inner Wheels sharing twin room, please kindly fill two separate "Convention Registration Forms" but indicate the hotel booking only in one form.

► PAYMENT

Payment can be made by;

  • Online using Visa and/or Mastercard.  (please note this is a secure site).
  • Direct transfer to IIW Convention Bank account mentioned in the Registration Form
  • Cheque payable to International Inner Wheel

A letter of confirmation and official invoice will be sent upon receipt of the registration and fees.
Bank charges are the responsibility of the payee and should be paid on the spot in addition to the registration fee.

CANCELLATIONS

Should you need to cancel your registration, you may reassign your registration to another person. Please notify the Convention Secretariat.

Any cancellation regarding registration must be made in writing to the Convention Secretariat. For cancellations, up to 31 Mar 2012 the paid registration fee will be refunded less the deduction of 25% for administration. After 31 March 2012 no refund will be paid.

If, for reasons beyond the control of Organising Committee, the Convention is cancelled, registration fees will be refunded after deduction of expenses already incurred.
